Qiqi Huang
Qiqi Huang is a New York State licensed attorney and a member of the New York Bar Association. She graduated from Boston University School of Law with excellent academic records. Moreover, she was admitted to practice law in China since 1997. She earned her Bachelor Degree of Law and Master Degree of Law in International Economic Law from the East China University of Politics and Law, Shanghai, China with several published academic papers.
Ms. Huang has over 20 years of legal experiences with the last 12 years concentrating on immigration laws. She worked for the Shanghai Office of the international law firm, Jones Day, as well as the prominent Chinese law firm Grandall Legal Group where she was a securities and corporate law attorney, helping Chinese enterprises make IPO in Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE). After immigrating to the United States, Ms. Huang held the position of corporate counsel for Top Human Technology Group for 5 years established the corporate legal department and advised on corporate and business transactions, employment law, intellectual property rights, and immigration issues. Immediately prior to setting up the practice, she worked as an associate for a successful Chicago law firm.
Ms. Huang’s current practice areas include employment-based and family-based immigration petitions, naturalization, and business immigration among others. She is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association. She also dedicates a portion of her time on pro bono immigration works. She is a member of Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS). She is involved in providing legal services to the Chicago Chinese community by being part of the Legal Clinic.
As an immigrant herself, she treats each case as though it were her own. She approaches cases not only from the prospective of a legal professional, but also with deep empathy and compassion for someone with personal experience that she can relate to.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Alex Cui
Alex Cui (B.S., M.S., and J.D.) holds degrees from University of California at Berkeley, MIT, and Northwestern California University School of Law. Before opening his practice, he worked for Chicago Transit Authority for over a decade, and for Qiqi Huang Attorney at Law for 8 years. He has extensive scientific and engineering background. Alex Cui handles employment based immigrant and non-immigrant visas, and the more complex immigration situations.
